When I started my inner dialogue journey over the first 2 days… I thought I was just learning a method. But something else happened. I became busy… not outside… but inside. My inner world started shifting. At first, it felt disoriented. My emotions became so… stable… that I started questioning— what does emotion even feel like now? And yet, life didn’t stop. I was still traveling, still with my partner, still living. But here’s the interesting part… Sometimes irritation shows up. A comment. A tone. A trigger. And this time… I didn’t react the same way. Sometimes I choose not to bite. Sometimes I still feel agitated. Sometimes I want to do everything. Sometimes… I just flow and do nothing. So which one is the “real me”? That’s when I saw this statement: “You don’t know what you want. You’re living on borrowed dreams, borrowed missions, borrowed purpose.” That hit.
