No lasting growth can happen simply because of the coach. It happens because you choose to walk the journey. People often ask me why I coach the way I do. The answer is simple. Before becoming an Inner Dialogue Coach, I spent years searching. I attended countless courses, travelled to many places, and invested far more than I could comfortably afford. None of those courses were within my budget.
