Trusting - the one person. Myself.
Peggy – The Person
I love dancing, travelling, food, beauty, reflections, and singing.
These are not distractions from my work. They are part of who I am.
Coaching is something I do.
Peggy is who I am.
I believe growth comes through your own effort. My role as an Inner Dialogue Coach is to provide a space and a method for you to discover your own answers. No lasting growth can happen simply because of the coach. It happens because you choose to walk the journey.
People often ask me why I coach the way I do.
The answer is simple.
Before becoming an Inner Dialogue Coach, I spent years searching.
I attended countless courses, travelled to many places, and invested far more than I could comfortably afford. None of those courses were within my budget. There came a point when I told one of my closest friends that I could no longer afford to keep chasing another programme, another certification, or another promise of transformation.
There was a period when I was completely lost.
I questioned my decision to leave a stable management career for the uncertainty of coaching.
Looking back, I realised I had fallen into my own trap.
I believed that more knowledge would give me more value.
I believed another certificate would make me a better coach.
Ironically, I was not progressing.
My real progress only began when I became my own "7K" (7th Killing). I stopped running from my shadows and began facing them honestly. That was the beginning of unmasking myself.
For this, I remain deeply grateful to every teacher who crossed my path: 蔡明夏老师, Adrian Lee, Jessie Lee, Terrence Jiam, the Vipassana Society, and everyone whose lives touched mine through what I simply call the frequency of the universe.
I fell many times.
Each time I stood up, I stood a little stronger.
The journey has never been easy, but it has been deeply rewarding.
I absorbed every lesson with gratitude. Some practices became part of my life. Others I respectfully let go. Yet every experience became an anchor that shaped who I am today.
People often ask whether I think I am right.
Perhaps I would rather be wrong.
Because being wrong allows me to remain curious.
One observation has stayed with me.
Knowing everything can become one of the heaviest responsibilities we carry.
When we become too attached to what we know, we quietly lose the freedom to learn. Our unconscious mind is no longer allowed to explore because it is already convinced it has the answer.
Sometimes, those who know the most spend so much time sharing their expertise that they slowly forget who they really are.
Have you ever found yourself there?
I may not fully understand your pain.
But I understand the journey of searching.
Because I have walked that path myself.
And for many years, despite everything I knew, I was not truly progressing.
Today, I continue walking a different path.
One that is quieter.
One that invites reflection.
One that encourages awareness before reaction.
If you are ready to discover your own worth, I welcome you to walk alongside me.
Finally, keep walking your path with clarity.
Among the many tools I have learned, Inner Dialogue remains the one I return to most often.
It has taught me to trust my own voice before seeking the voices of others.
One sentence continues to stay with me:
Opportunity favours the prepared, but success belongs to those who take action. Seize every opportunity that comes your way.
机会是留给有准备的人,
但成功是留给已经行动的人。
把握好每一个在你面前的机会!
