Reflections on Life, Death, and Purpose

Reflections on Life, Death, and the Journey In Between

About a decade ago, I came across an article about death therapy. It shifted how I see life entirely.

In every life, there’s one absolute truth: if there is birth, there will be death. Yet, in many cultures, death remains taboo—a subject people avoid because it forces us to confront our impermanence. This reluctance is understandable. We spend so much of our lives chasing dreams, goals, and fulfillment, clinging to the idea of permanence. But the truth is, we come into this world with nothing, and when our time is up, we leave with nothing.

What is life really about, then?

Life is a journey of challenges, growth, and lessons. Every single one of us faces this, whether we choose it or not. I’ve come to see our bodies as leasehold properties—vessels for the soul, energy, or whatever you believe animates us. When the lease expires, we leave this physical form behind and move on. Different religions and philosophies interpret this transition in their own ways, shaped by culture and belief. There’s no absolute right or wrong here, just perspective.

I’ve faced my fair share of struggles. There were times I wanted to give up, to disappear and let life move on without me. But my 12-year journey of self-discovery taught me a powerful lesson: if I want to break free from recurring patterns and pain, I need to face and resolve them in this lifetime.

So, I chose to stay. I chose to face the challenges, no matter how hard they seemed.

As a coach, people sometimes expect me to have it all figured out. But the truth is, coaches are human too. We’ve had our struggles, and many of us chose this path because we’ve turned our pain into purpose. By sharing our experiences, we hope to help others navigate their own challenges, fostering empathy, resilience, and compassion in those we support.

I used to fear death. Stories and images—many from movies—had planted deep fears in my unconscious mind. But as I’ve grown older, that fear has faded. What I fear now isn’t death itself, but the possibility of not completing my journey or fully appreciating the gift of life. So, I promised myself this: no matter what happens, I’ll trust that every challenge is happening *for me*.

What about you? Are you afraid of dying?

If you are, know that you’re not alone. And if life ever feels so overwhelming that you want to give up, please hold on. Remember this: those who hurt you don’t care, but the ones who care about you would never want to see you hurt. Take your time, rebuild your strength, and face the world again.

If it feels too heavy to carry alone, reach out for help. There are people who care—friends, family, coaches, or even helplines. You don’t have to face your journey alone.

Life is beautiful, even when it feels unbearable. Stay. Complete your story. You are stronger than you think.

Let’s walk this path together.

Awakening My Inner Child: A Reflection

Life's journey is a tapestry woven with our upbringing, environment, and personal experiences. Through this lens, I’ve often pondered: Am I guided by wisdom or mere instinct? None of these reflections are strictly right or wrong; they simply are facets of my unique path.

Childhood Lessons and Their Impacts

Reflecting on the early years, about half a century ago, I embraced certain beliefs:

1. Doing good would lead to good things happening to me.

2. Inaction wouldn't prevent things from happening for me.

3. Offering more would naturally earn me greater appreciation.

Yet, despite these beliefs, life’s complexities have persisted. I wonder, how many of you find yourselves on a similar path?

Navigating Through Self-Discovery

Through NLP, I’ve learned to channel past aggressions, while sound meditation has helped break entrenched norms. These practices have allowed me to explore deeply layered thoughts—some stemming from past imprints, others from set expectations.

But what truly is the truth? Its importance once loomed large, until I began dissecting my beliefs, uncovering mysteries within.

Understanding My Origins

Recently, I’ve realized my existence was shaped by necessity rather than intention. My parents, following ancestral teachings, viewed children as part of life’s duties, a sustenance for the family. Initially, this perspective felt limiting, yet delving deeper revealed it was simply what they knew to do. They provided for basic needs, while I navigated life’s complexities independently.

 Outcomes from My Childhood

1. A feeling of never being truly loved.

2. A reliability forged from household responsibilities.

3. Becoming a convenient support system.

The concept of love eluded me as I sought external security and responsibility over childhood joys.

Embracing Change and Personal Mastery

Understanding these aspects of my past has clarified the chaos I once endured. Now, I’ve initiated a personal reset—a journey not without challenges, but empowering nonetheless. I’ve come to realize it’s never too late to reclaim control over my life, and if I can, so can you.

Empowering Affirmation

If you find yourself faltering, remember: "I AM THE MOST IMPORTANT PERSON IN MY LIFE."

Throughout life, we are shaped by early lessons and environments. Reflecting on how these influence us both personally and professionally can foster growth.

In my own journey, I’ve embraced personal reset and empowerment through practices like NLP and meditation. These have helped me clarify past complexities and reclaim control over my life. How have past experiences shaped your professional path?

What steps have you taken to ensure personal growth? Let's connect and share insights!

Discovering My Inner Child: Lessons in Authenticity and Resilience

Title: Discovering My Inner Child: Lessons in Authenticity and Resilience

Twelve years ago, I took a leap that changed my life—I joined an inner self-discovery workshop. That decision not only helped me confront my inner struggles but also laid the foundation for personal and professional growth, teaching me resilience and the importance of self-awareness in navigating challenges. Financial limitations had kept me from participating earlier, even though I had longed for it for years. The workshop turned out to be a profound experience, filled with tears, realizations, and emotional confrontations.

One of the most intense revelations was my deep-seated resentment toward my mother. She was the only person I could direct my frustrations at, though it was far from transparent. On the surface, I continued to be her financial supporter, the one who shouldered responsibilities for her and my siblings. She often pressured me by pointing out how others supported their families, guilt-tripping me into blind commitment. Whenever problems arose, I was the one who stepped in to solve them.

This blind loyalty left me financially depleted while my siblings built their own lives. Recognizing this pattern was a turning point for me—it taught me the importance of setting boundaries and valuing my own needs. I began to see how crucial it is to strike a balance between supporting others and prioritizing self-care, a lesson that has since guided my personal and professional relationships. Even when she was chased out of her home, I stepped in to ensure peace and stability. These moments triggered an inner voice, my inner child, screaming at me: “What the hell are you doing?”

Another poignant moment came during a time when my house was undergoing renovations. With no doors and an unsafe environment, my mother rushed to welcome her grandchildren elsewhere, leaving me and my daughter behind. My daughter, confused and hurt, kept asking, “Where is Popo?” The pain in her eyes was a sharp knife in my heart. I can’t even recall what I told her because the emotional wound was too deep. My inner child spoke again, urging me: “Look into your life and make sure your child is not hurt again.”

These are just glimpses of the countless moments when my inner child tried to reach out to me. For years, I ignored it, held back by limiting beliefs that I’ve since identified and worked through on my coaching journey. The breakthroughs I experienced during this time helped me rebuild my life, piece by piece. Through practices like meditation, sound healing, and past life regression courses at Soleil Trinity, I began peeling away the layers of my pain. Slowly, I started seeing myself for who I truly was and took actionable steps to improve my well-being, including setting boundaries and prioritizing self-care. In search of this, I went for meditation, sound healing and past life regressions courses held by Soleil Trinity. Slowly but eventually the layers started to peel. I begin to see more of myself as myself and took steps to improve my wellbeing.

Why am I sharing this? Because I know many people out there have similar stories, and I believe these experiences hold valuable lessons. By reflecting on our journeys, we can uncover insights that foster personal growth and resilience—qualities that empower us in every aspect of life, including our professional endeavors. This is only a fragment of mine—less than 1% of my life—but it carries a universal message. Wherever you are and whoever you may be, one thing truly matters: being authentic to yourself. Borrow strength from your inner child to support you on your journey. You might not find many people who understand you—maybe not even me—but I am here as an experienced coach and BaZi practitioner, ready to help you navigate your path.

In the end, I take full responsibility for allowing these experiences to happen, recognizing that accountability is a powerful step toward resilience. This lesson has not only shaped my personal growth but also strengthened my ability to navigate challenges with clarity and intention—a skill that resonates deeply in both personal and professional realms. It’s not my mother’s fault or my siblings’ fault. I’m grateful they’ve built their own lives. My blessings will always be with them.

This journey is far from over, and there’s so much more to share. I hope my story inspires you to begin discovering your inner child, embracing your authenticity, and finding the strength to be the best version of yourself. Why am I opening these? I know many out there are having similar experiences as mine and mind you it is just less than 1% of my life. Therefore, I hope that whoever you are and wherever you be there is only one thing matter-being you authentically. Being the best in yourself. Borrow strength from your inner child to support you. You might not find many people who understand you not even me but I am an experience coach and a Bazi practitioner.

Last but not least, I only have myself to be blame because I allow it to happen. It is not my mother fault and my siblings fault. I am glad they make it out fine. My blessings will always be the best only for them.

There are more to come therefore I will share them as my article on discovering my inner child.

Rebuilding From Within: Healing Your Inner Child to Master Your Destiny

#MasteringOurDestiny: Understanding and Healing the Inner Child

When I started off on this journey, I began with a focus on #richness—richness of life, growth, and meaning. Ironically, perhaps it was this richness that led to my Facebook account being hacked. It’s been almost eight months now, and I’m still in the process of trying to retrieve it. What a lesson this has been! In the early days, backup measures were nonexistent, and the recovery process now demands information that wasn’t even required during initial registration. Believe it or not, the hacking happened on a day of discovery—a day when a deep secret came to light.

But that’s life. Change happens, and we move forward.

I decided to shift my focus to this new chapter under #masteringourdestiny. I began to rebuild—not just my Facebook account but my life. I dug deeper into my #unconsciousmind, and one truth became very clear: the only constant in life is change.

Is change good or bad? Well, it depends on how we look at it. If you find clarity, it’s not about labeling change as good or bad. Like in #BaZi, it’s about what actions you take in response to it.

Let’s Begin with the Inner Child

As I rebuilt, I kept encountering my inner child, appearing layer by layer, revealing old wounds and unresolved trauma. Today, I want to share some insights about the inner child and how understanding it can bring clarity and growth to your life.

Let Me Ask You This:

  • Do you sometimes feel euphoric, only to crash into confusion or sadness moments later?
  • Do you feel a need to express your emotions, yet struggle to find the right words—as if those emotions are alien to you?

These moments could be your inner child calling out to you.

What Is the Inner Child?

For those unfamiliar with the concept, the inner child is the younger version of you that still lives within. It holds memories, emotions, and often unmet needs from your childhood. It carries both the innocence and the wounds of your past.

For those already familiar with this concept, you may have noticed that your relationship with your inner child evolves over time. New layers appear, and deeper insights emerge.

So, is the appearance of your inner child a good or bad thing? My answer is simple: Do you recognize when your inner child is showing up? And do you know why?

If you do, you are one of the blessed ones. If you don’t, know this: your inner child appears to guide you. It may bring pain, but it also holds the key to healing and growth.

Real-Life Signs Your Inner Child May Be Calling Out

The inner child often reveals itself through everyday challenges—patterns in your relationships, emotional reactions, or behaviors. These signs may seem unrelated at first, but they often stem from unresolved wounds.

Here are a few examples:

1. Feeling Unworthy Despite Success

  • How often do you hear stories of successful people who still feel empty or unappreciated?
  • Do you ever look at someone’s shining achievements and see a hidden sadness in their eyes?

This can stem from an inner child who was never truly seen, loved, or validated in their early years.

2. Reacting with Anger or Withdrawal During Conflict

  • Some people explode with anger at the smallest provocation.
  • Others withdraw, go silent, or avoid confrontation completely.
  • Ever seen aggressive drivers on the road? They’re reacting, but often they don’t know why.

These are responses of an inner child that may have felt unsafe, unheard, or misunderstood.

3. People-Pleasing to Seek Approval

  • Always saying “yes” even when you mean “no.”
  • Believing that others are always right.
  • Having no opinion of your own, or being afraid to express it.

The inner child may still be trying to win approval and love that was missing in the past.

4. Avoiding Risks Due to Fear of Failure

  • Playing it safe, even when you know you’re capable of more.
  • Avoiding opportunities that could lead to growth because you “believe” you’ll fail again.
  • Staying in your comfort zone to avoid rocking the boat.

This often comes from an inner child who experienced failure, rejection, or criticism that left deep scars.

What Can You Do?

The first step to healing your inner child is awareness. Recognize the patterns and reactions that show up in your life. When you notice them, take a moment to pause and reflect:

  • What emotion am I feeling right now?
  • Where is this coming from? Is it tied to an old memory or belief?
  • What does my inner child need from me at this moment?

Healing your inner child is not about blaming the past; it’s about creating a loving, supportive relationship with yourself now. Your inner child is not your enemy. It’s a guide, a mirror, and a source of healing if you choose to listen.

Final Thoughts

The appearance of your inner child may not always feel convenient, but it is always meaningful. By acknowledging and nurturing your inner child, you can stop the patterns that keep looping into your life. You can move forward with greater clarity, love, and freedom.

If any part of this resonates with you, take a moment to reflect. Your inner child may be waiting for you to see them, hear them, and love them. Because once you do, anything becomes possible.

Life is a Parcel

Yes, life is a parcel. A parcel that needs to be open. I been thru a lot of obstacles in life. However, I am thankful that whoever is up there still remember to reward me  once a while.
Thank you.

Nearly had a clash with my daughter. But, though I am sad that I still have to remind her about her duty and responsibilities. Being a very short fuse lady, she was thumping like an incredible hulk. I was a little annoyed but not to the extends of fighting fire with fire. Instead, I just let my own disappointment turn to disaster. After all, she is just a tired girl who have not rested for one week. School activities. Well, glad that I have done that. While I was preparing for  a beauty sleep, my lovely daughter came in to apologies.  Now, don't you think that is the sweetest thing to do. I really appreciate her sincerity and accepted be eater I was never angry. Just annoyed.

Backdate that to my birthday. Knowing that her DOM(me) is such a person that love birthdays, wedding, births, etc. She gets her dad together and they bake a cake for me as my present(well, at least do it). Being Chinese I am greedy of tradition,  she knows me so well. On my Chinese birthday, she prepare " mee sua" and red eggs for me with my maid's help. She cooked me a night before my actual date since I am leaving for business on that day.

She have not realized that I have forego my own birthdays celebrations many years ago. I only place importance in these occasions for those who are love and respected by me. This is because everyone is a present to me. I have been blessed with a bad temper, arrogant but always done the right thing the end:). It is a healthy life to have her in this order. She always realized that the irritating things or unreasonable advice is actually been properly thought over before it is being commanded.

Thank you my darling daughter. I will always love you.

The above blog was written on the 23rd Feb 2014 at 2320hrs.

Now that she is 10 years older , she saw what I have always wish happen. Her life belongs to her and as a mother, I just stand by the side. She knows that I will always be there for her even when I leave this body.

Gratitude is a present for making realization and accept after I have done all that is possible.

Happiness is a choice

When I chance upon a friend, I asked:-

What is your definition of happiness.

Her reply:-

I have food on my table.

I travel whenever I want.

I choose to be alone whenever I want.

But the sparkle is not in her eyes.

Then I asked: -

What happened to real happiness?

What will really make you feel that you are living your life full?

Her reply: -

I don't know.

How many of you out there are like her?

How can you find out?

What is next if it is still needing an answer?

As for me, my happiness is the ability to feel the joy and realization of my clients after each coaching session.

When they bloom, I feel very happy because in the same process I found my own answers.

You might think that it is weird that I have this kind of emotion and feelings.

Well! you can give it a go and do something for someone, but you get the returns in more than financial space.

Breakthrough Journey - 3 simple steps.

Life is all about chasing the dreams. The questions starts to be implanted to you when you were born. In the modern generation, parents started way before the child is born. Is this the right way to cultivate a new generation?

From my research, a child is a gift. They are not something that is being flown in by the stork. They are also not something that you own. They are a person with life of their own.

The problem starts with the parent's best intention. That is to give them the best of what they never have and to ensure that they live a full life.

My question is what will you consider as full?

To most of us including the previous me, I used to think that the material things that I gave to my child will definitely bring more joy and happiness for her own path in future.

Parents work hard to ensure that the financial capabilities will give their children what they wanted. But seldom give the children a choice to choose. Drama unfold when the child did not follow their direction and due to the pressure of pallial piety the child tag along. Everything look good right?

Wrong. This is because when they become an individual they will start to look for their own identity. They are trapped between themselves and feel that nobody will understand their issues. This leads to many medical problem and eventually a beautiful life is dead before it dies.

I am referring to the mass majority of the population but thankfully there are still parents that allows their children to be themselves. Let them grow and enjoy their value in their own way.

So what can be done for your child if you know that they are in a stuck state.

These are few methods that I employ for my clients that you might want to test out in helping your children to achieve their own breakthrough.

1. Clarity
Through your daily conversation , encourage their participation and observe their emotions.

2. Ask relevant questions pertaining to 1.

3. Be 100% present- Listen with interest. You might not be clear of what they are saying therefore you present is the most motivating factor.

Last but not least:-

In chapter 81 of the DaoDeJing 道德經, LaoZi 老子 provides us with a similar cultivation principle:

聖人之道 為而不爭

The way of enlightenment is to take the action without arguing or competing with others.

Coaching is sole for you.

#MasteringOurDestiny #Coaching #LearningJourney #PersonalGrowth #MindBodySpirit #DynamicFengShui #AbundanceMindset #HolisticWellness #QiActivation #Manifestation #SelfReflection

In the midst of perusing advertisements promising strategies to market my business, I found myself pondering: what truly drives my passion for coaching? It's a question worth exploring, as it speaks to the core of my journey.

I may sound noble, but truth be told, I am passionately immersed in coaching, eagerly absorbing every facet connected to this transformative practice.

My reasons are simple:

1. **Love for Learning:** My thirst for knowledge knows no bounds. Each day presents an opportunity to expand my understanding and refine my craft.

2. **Embracing Mistakes:** I believe in the power of learning from failures and mistakes. They are inevitable, but through them, I continually evolve and grow.

3. **Empowering Others:** There's a profound sense of fulfillment in helping others discover their potential and take charge of their lives. Even if I can't directly solve their challenges, I can inspire them to empower themselves.

A recent experience after my Dynamic Feng Shui class epitomizes my approach to life. Rushing to tap into the Qi of a specific location before it closed, I embraced focus and determination. Despite getting lost, I arrived with ample time, greeted by warmth and hospitality. As I dined, I aligned my qi with my intentions of abundance, balance, and freedom.

In moments of uncertainty or stagnation, I offer my guidance as a coach. I'm committed to supporting individuals in navigating life's challenges and unlocking their full potential.

Facing the unknown can be daunting, but with a simple mantra—"I am sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you."—we can align our body, mind, and spirit, inviting miracles into our lives.

I extend my hand to you, ready to accompany you on your journey of self-discovery and empowerment. Reach out, and together, let's master our destinies with courage and grace.

Sense of Belonging.

#MasteringOurDestiny #LifePurpose #SelfReflection #PersonalGrowth #Coaching #LearningJourney #SelfDiscovery #LifeAdventure

Where do you belong?

Who do you belong to?

What can you do with this information?

As you ponder upon these questions, allow me to share my journey and insights with you.

Many of us strive to surpass our previous selves, continually climbing higher until we realize we've strayed from our prime. It's then that we often hit the emergency brake, only to discover it's too late. Youth fades, and the opportunity to prepare for another ascent dwindles.

Why do I say this? In my late 50s, I've found my life brimming with adventure, delving into various fields like coaching, NLP, Bazi, Oracle card reading, and more. I used to believe I was prepared, relying on stable income sources and investing what I could afford to lose. Yet, I failed to calculate the future value of my investments.

My life's purpose is simple:

1. I love to learn.

2. I love to share.

3. I love to support the growth of those I coach.

Throughout life's journey, I've faced challenges stemming from past experiences, enduring moments of self-punishment and reflection. However, I've transcended those trials, understanding that each phase requires attention and learning. No matter the obstacle, I'm grateful for the experience.

If you're seeking guidance and support on your journey, feel free to reach out for a coaching session at peggyang868@gmail.com. Let's navigate life's twists and turns together.

Holiday with happy healthy body.

Title: Embarking on a Journey of Self-Mastery: My Fasting Retreat Experience

#SelfMastery #HolisticWellness #FastingRetreat #MindBodySpirit #WellnessJourney #HealthyLiving #NourishYourBody #SelfAwareness #Gratitude #EnergyAbundance #MindfulNourishment #WellnessCommunity

In the quest to master our destiny, every aspect of our lives comes into play. For me, it began with a journey of spiritual and mindset cleansing, paving the way for a deeper understanding of holistic well-being.

One of the pivotal steps in this journey was learning to nourish my body while still embracing the joy of holiday festivities. This realization dawned on me amidst moments of clarity that emerged continuously, transcending mere physical detoxification.

Thus, it came as a pleasant surprise when I stumbled upon an event notice adorning the door of Purity Wellness, my sanctuary for yoga and wellness. A Fasting Retreat amidst nature, orchestrated by the seasoned guidance of Teacher Alan alongside the support of Teacher Tracy and Teacher Liew, awaited.

The retreat was meticulously structured into three phases:

1. **Pre-Fasting:** A four-day preparation phase to condition the body and mind.

2. **On-Site Retreat:** Four days immersed in the serenity of nature, undergoing the fasting process.

3. **Post-Fasting:** Two days dedicated to gently reintegrating nourishment into the system.

The program was designed to deliver optimal results with utmost comfort, a testament to the thoughtful curation and execution by the facilitators.

Undoubtedly, fasting presented its challenges, yet Teacher Alan's profound understanding of bodily functions and nutritional principles dispelled myths and instilled clarity. His unwavering dedication ensured a supportive environment throughout our retreat amidst nature's embrace.

Our journey commenced with a farewell to indulgence, preceded by a day of cheats, offering valuable insights into the nature of our eating habits.

Days two and three were a harmonious blend of rejuvenating practices including nose-cleansing rituals, moxibustion, colon cleansing, yoga, and meditative exercises such as qigong.

Reflecting on this transformative experience, three invaluable lessons emerged:

1. **#Self-Awareness:** Fasting prompted introspection, distinguishing between genuine hunger and fleeting cravings, revealing the true essence of my eating patterns.

2. **#Gratitude and Lightness:** A profound sense of gratitude enveloped me as I experienced newfound lightness and clarity within my body.

3. **#Energy Abundance:** Surprisingly, amidst consuming less, my energy levels soared, attesting to the vitality inherent in mindful nourishment.

As I embark on the next chapter of my journey, I invite you to join me in embracing the transformative power of holistic wellness. Stay tuned on my social media platforms for updates on future events, as we continue to explore the depths of self-mastery together.

Finding Light in Life's Ups and Downs: A Journey of Self-Discovery

Title: Finding Light in Life's Ups and Downs: A Journey of Self-Discovery

Have you ever felt like the ups and downs of life were wreaking havoc on your journey? Perhaps you've wondered if it's just a natural part of growing up, or if there's something more to it. Like many of us, I've often failed to recognize that everything happens for a reason.

But now, I've come to realize that many aspects of our lives are within our control. You might be skeptical, thinking, "How can this be possible?" Trust me, I've been there. And even though I may appear to have it all together on the surface, the untold stories of my struggles run deep. Yet, with each realization, my path becomes clearer and brighter. I woke up in time.

Rejection used to hit me hard, leaving me feeling defeated for extended periods. And truth be told, it still stings. However, my response has evolved. Instead of wallowing in self-pity, I now ask myself, "What is this teaching me?" If the answer isn't immediately clear, I dig deeper. If it's beyond my control, I accept it and move forward. But if there's a lesson to be learned, I make a conscious decision to embrace it.

My mantra? "I acknowledge my failures, learn from them, and try again with a new approach." Does it always work? Not necessarily. But it's a foolproof way to avoid inflicting unnecessary pain upon myself.

This journey of self-discovery has also led me to reflect on the teachings of my mentor, 菜明霞. One lesson, in particular, stands out—the power of Ho'oponopono, a Hawaiian ritual of family healing. It's about taking ownership of our problems, cleansing ourselves of negativity, and trusting in the process of change.

Here's how you can practice it:

1. Identify the problem and be aware of its presence in your life.

2. Take full responsibility for the problem's existence in your reality.

3. Ask for cleansing, even if you're unsure of what you've done wrong.

4. Trust in the divine process of transformation.

You can learn more about Ho'oponopono on websites https://www.wikihow.com/Practice-Ho%27oponopono .

Believe me when I say, magic happens. Especially in Period 9, where the universe connects with those who truly understand themselves.

As an Empowering Passion Coach, I'm living in my passion. Are you? Join me on this journey of empowerment, where together, we'll illuminate the path to your success.

History - Purpose in Life

Title: "Navigating Life's Tapestry: A Journey from Regret to Coaching Triumphs"

In the realm of history, value is derived not merely from lessons learned but from the ability to break free from the cycle of repetition. It's a puzzle to witness individuals tirelessly investing effort yet remaining ensnared in the historical data of failures despite the desire for change. The chief hindrance for many is their own confusion. A coach's role is to unravel this complexity, aligning the chaos with individual capabilities, recognizing that Rome wasn't built in a day, and neither are we constructing it yet.

Yearning for shortcuts to success often leads us down a path of knowing without true knowledge. However, divine interventions, sometimes in the form of a metaphorical knock on the head, teach us that success is a journey, failures are not defeats but stepping stones to career enhancement.

Transitioning from a dominant boss to a coach turned my world upside down. Past experiences fueled regret for not knowing better, not succeeding faster, and more. Yet, the realization dawned that everything unfolds for a purpose. Life happens for us, not to us. Embracing this perspective, I picked myself up and moved forward, finding clarity in the unknown.

Certified by the International Coaching Association five years ago, I initially underutilized my skills until the pandemic prompted a shift. Realizing the potential to help others find meaning, I pursued the IAC Mastery Practitioner certificate, adding credentials as an NLP Master Coach and a Certified Time Line Therapy Practitioner.

My recent venture as a Bazi Practitioner Journey involves Chinese Metaphysics, identifying the universe's energy correlating with one's elements. Understanding these elements empowers individuals to draw purpose from their lives, enhancing their values and actions.

With every coaching or mentoring session, the world transforms into a better place. The journey continues towards the beauty of offering services to those who see the light but struggle to reach it.

The energy of universe.

Will you be able to stand firmly on planet Earth if there is no energy?

What then is energy to you?

This article is about the way energy has helped us to achieve comfort in life.

Energy is fundamental to various aspects of human life and is essential for powering a wide range of activities. Here are some key ways in which energy is of use for human beings:

1. **Electricity for Homes and Businesses:**

   - Energy is used to generate electricity, which powers homes, offices, industries, and various electronic devices.

   - Lighting, heating, cooling, cooking, and running appliances all rely on electricity.

2. **Transportation:**

   - Energy is required for transportation, whether it's fuel for vehicles (gasoline, diesel, electricity for electric vehicles) or energy for public transportation systems.

   - Airplanes, trains, automobiles, ships, and other modes of transportation are dependent on energy.

3. **Industrial Processes:**

   - Industries use energy for manufacturing processes, chemical reactions, and other operations.

   - Energy is crucial for the production of goods and services across various sectors.

4. **Information Technology:**
