New Isn't Always New

New Isn't Always New

People are constantly searching for newness.

A new job.
A new relationship.
A new environment.
A new version of themselves.

Many believe that change will help them become someone new.

The common thoughts sound something like this:

"I want to change so I can become a new person."

"Don't talk about my past."

"That was the old me."

"I am who I am now."

Really?

As an Inner Dialogue Coach focusing on Awakening Your Worth, I help people trust their own voice.

Not just any voice.

Their OWN voice.

The voice that exists beneath expectations, labels, achievements, disappointments, and the stories they have been carrying for years.

Today, I experienced something that felt surprisingly simple and yet deeply profound.

I fully accepted that I matter in my own life.

Yes, I matter.

Some people may think that as a coach I should already have everything figured out. That I should not be saying things like this.

But I believe it is important to speak the truth.

I love living my life as humanly as possible.

The more authentic and honest I am with myself, the more valuable I become as an Inner Dialogue Coach.

Today felt good.

Not because something extraordinary happened.

But because I listened to myself.

I had my hair done because I wanted to feel aligned from my crown down.

As I stepped out of the salon, I noticed Path

Lab and walked in to inquire about a health check-up.

It felt good.

There was no fear.

No hesitation.

No anxiety about what might be discovered.

Just a simple willingness to care for myself.

Then I strolled back towards my office.

Along the way, I felt the desire to be comfortable and properly supported.

So I walked into Hafina by Professor Sorry and found beautiful undergarments that I had been searching for.

They were not necessities.

They were not purchases made to impress anyone.

They were simply an acknowledgement that I deserve to feel comfortable, supported, and cared for.

And something interesting happened.

I realised that none of these actions were about becoming a new person.

They were about remembering who I already am.

Perhaps that is where many people get lost.

They spend so much energy trying to become someone else that they forget to come home to themselves.

For those who understand BaZi, today is a Dragon Departing Day.

The clash may have broken the ground beneath my feet.

But instead of creating chaos, it created movement.

It woke something up.

Not a new version of me.

Just a clearer version of me.

A version that no longer needs to run away from the past.

A version that no longer needs to prove her worth.

A version that simply accepts her place in her own life.

Today reminded me of my philosophy:

Acceptance → Remembrance → Homecoming

Acceptance of what is.

Remembrance of who I am.

Homecoming to myself.

I am me.

And that is exactly what I love

My journey as Inner Dialogue Coach Peggy

Children of the Universe

My Journey as an Inner Dialogue Coach

I am Peggy Ang, an Inner Dialogue Coach focused on Awakening Your Worth. My work is simple: I help people learn to trust their own voice.

Like many people, my learning comes from two places—the Universe and the people I meet along the way. Over the years, I discovered that a single word can open countless paths of thought and understanding.

There was a time when I believed I needed to know everything. Looking back, I realize that desire came from a lack of security within myself. I was always searching for something more, something better, something that would finally make me feel complete.

But that search never ended.

When I first started sharing live on TikTok, I spent a lot of time thinking about how to give more, teach more, and do more so that my viewership would grow. I genuinely believed I was doing something good. I thought helping others and becoming better at what I did would fill the gap inside me.

Did I grow?

Yes and no.

No, because I was not living authentically.

Yes, because I became better at hosting my live sessions.

The truth is that much of it was still driven by external validation.

And yet, even after achieving some of what I wanted, the emptiness remained.

Today, I still experience moments of emptiness. The difference is that it no longer feels like a question demanding an answer. More often, it feels like an answer waiting to be understood.

For a long time, I moved from one tagline to another, searching for the perfect words to define myself. Eventually, I realized that no tagline could tell me who I am.

The Universe had a different plan.

It seemed to whisper:

"Peggy, you need to make your mistakes. Keep growing. Learn through every obstacle. Let your inner dialogue become your teacher."

The journey here has not been easy. It has taken years, many lessons, and more pain than I expected.

Today, I show up on TikTok as often as I can. Not because I have all the answers, but because I trust the connection between us—the Children of the Universe.

How do I know that connection exists?

I feel it.

I feel it in the conversations, in the silence, in the questions, and in the energy we share when we meet. We may come from different places, but something within us recognizes something within each other.

Interestingly, this was not the topic I intended to write about today.

Yet here it is.

This is what appearing authentically means to me.

Allowing what is true in the moment to emerge without forcing it.

So when you see me live, you are not seeing a perfected version of Peggy. You are seeing a human being who is still learning, still making mistakes, still listening to her own inner dialogue, and still choosing to show up.

For that, I am grateful.

And I am equally grateful that many of you choose to show up in that same spirit.

Thank you, Children of the Universe.

Awakening Your Worth With Inner Dialogue - Rejections Vs REJECTIONS

Rejections vs REJECTIONS

Rejections vs REJECTIONS

I wrote this on 13th April 2025, and somehow today feels like the right moment to revisit it.

Rejection is often just an answer from someone towards a request, expectation, or desire we hoped would be accepted.

Yet why does rejection sometimes feel unbearable?

Because the impact of rejection is rarely about the event alone. More often, it is deeply connected to ego, identity, attachment, and the image we created around love, trust, and self-worth.

In relationships, rejection can feel like a wound that reaches far beyond the surface. Sometimes the person causing the pain may not even fully understand the depth of the emotional trauma experienced by the other person.

I once worked with a client whom I will call Andes.

She had spent almost four decades with her partner, believing deeply in his loyalty and trustworthiness. One day, she discovered he had been involved in a long-term affair with his personal assistant — a woman she also personally knew.

What shattered her was not only the betrayal, but the discovery that the affair had continued for more than ten years through intimate conversations and hidden emotional connections.

When confronted, there were lies, denials, and avoidance.

And yet, Andes still tried to understand him. Part of her believed this was simply “who he was.” When she asked whether he truly loved her, his response was:

“I take care of your needs. That is love.”

To Andes, those words felt deeply empty. In that moment, she did not just feel betrayed. She felt rejected as a woman, as a partner, and as the person she believed herself to be within the relationship.

This is why rejection can take many forms.

Sometimes rejection is not someone leaving you.
Sometimes it is the painful realization that the reality you believed in no longer exists.

And yet, something unexpected happened.

Through the rejection, Andes slowly began reconnecting with herself. Instead of continuing to protect the fantasy of the relationship, she started facing her own truth honestly.

She stopped chasing the dream of being loved “correctly” and began learning how to love herself more consciously.

Many people stay silent in unhappy situations, hoping time will hide the pain beneath the surface. But silence does not remove truth. It only delays confrontation.

Rejection is heartbreaking because it forces us to face parts of ourselves we may have avoided for years.

But sometimes rejection is also liberation.

It becomes the moment where illusion breaks, clarity enters, and self-worth quietly begins.

Nobody can completely reject your worth except yourself.
Nobody can truly define your lovability except yourself.

The faster we are willing to face difficult truths, the faster we grow.

This was something I only understood when my own journey into self-worth truly began.

Be brave enough to face what hurts honestly.
And be brave enough to move forward differently.

Inner Dialogue – When You Enter the Void #awakeningyourworth

When I started my inner dialogue journey over the first 2 days…
I thought I was just learning a method.

But something else happened.

I became busy… not outside… but inside.

My inner world started shifting.

At first, it felt disoriented.
My emotions became so… stable… that I started questioning—
what does emotion even feel like now?

And yet, life didn’t stop.
I was still traveling, still with my partner, still living.

But here’s the interesting part…

Sometimes irritation shows up.
A comment. A tone. A trigger.

And this time… I didn’t react the same way.

Sometimes I choose not to bite.
Sometimes I still feel agitated.
Sometimes I want to do everything.
Sometimes… I just flow and do nothing.

So which one is the “real me”?

That’s when I saw this statement:

“You don’t know what you want.
You’re living on borrowed dreams, borrowed missions, borrowed purpose.”

That hit.

Because maybe…
we don’t meet new versions of ourselves.

We keep meeting the same version—
just hidden behind different masks.

Our shadow is very intelligent.

It hides behind:

  • the need to be loved
  • the desire to be noticed
  • the fear of abandonment
  • the feeling of never being enough

These are not random.

These are programs.
Downloaded into the old self.

So when you start waking up…

Of course it feels like a void.

Because you’re no longer reacting the old way…
but you haven’t fully become the new you yet.

And the question is…

Can you stay here… without running back?

Because this void…

is not emptiness.

It’s space.

And space… is where you choose again.

So tonight, don’t rush to define yourself.

Just observe.

Because your inner dialogue
is not here to give you comfort.

It’s here to show you truth.

And truth…will always feel unfamiliar before it feels like home.

#awakeningyourworth- recognizing yourselves.

The Quiet Gap No One Is Talking About

There was a moment I realized something uncomfortable.

People don’t wake up one day wanting an awakening course.

They wake up tired.
They function.
They perform.
They smile.
They survive.

And yet, something feels… off.

Not broken enough for therapy.
Not motivated enough for hustle coaching.
Not spiritual enough to disappear into retreats.

Just quietly questioning:

“Is this really it?”

That space — the in-between — is where most people live.
And strangely, it’s also where very few people know how to guide.

The Gap Is Not a Problem — It’s a Threshold

We’ve been taught to fix, optimize, upgrade.

But what if this discomfort isn’t a flaw?

What if it’s a threshold?

A place where:

  • Doing more stops working

  • Motivation feels fake

  • Old identities no longer fit

  • Silence becomes louder than noise

This is not collapse.
This is not failure.
This is not laziness.

This is what awakening actually looks like — before it becomes poetic.

Why Most “Awakening” Messaging Misses the Point

Most teachings focus on:

  • Transformation

  • Breakthrough

  • Results

  • Becoming a “better version”

But people aren’t asking to become better.

They’re asking:

  • “Can I stop performing?”

  • “Can I be honest without being fixed?”

  • “Can I feel without being judged?”

  • “Can I still live a normal life and be awake?”

That’s the gap no one markets — because it’s quiet, slow, and deeply human.

The Three Invisible Gaps People Are Actually Seeking

1. The Conversation Gap

People don’t need advice.
They need permission to speak without being corrected.

A space where they can:

  • Say contradictory things

  • Admit confusion

  • Sit in not knowing

Awakening often starts not with answers — but with finally being heard.

2. The Language Gap

Most people feel deeply — but lack words.

They confuse:

  • Exhaustion with laziness

  • Boundaries with selfishness

  • Loneliness with failure

  • Worth with usefulness

When language changes, self-judgment softens.

And that’s when clarity begins.

3. The Integration Gap

This one is rarely addressed.

What happens after you become aware?

You still:

  • Work

  • Parent

  • Deal with people

  • Pay bills

  • Feel triggered

Awakening isn’t escaping life.
It’s learning how to live inside it — without betraying yourself.

Why This Doesn’t Need Hard Selling

You can’t convince someone to awaken.

Timing chooses them.

That’s why I don’t pitch.
I document.

I share what I notice:

  • What no longer triggers me

  • Where I still struggle

  • How discomfort teaches instead of punishes

And quietly, those who resonate lean in.

Not because they were sold to —
but because they finally felt seen.

If You’re Here, This Might Be Where You Are

You’re not lost.
You’re not behind.
You’re not failing.

You’re standing in a space where old answers don’t work anymore — and new ones haven’t fully formed.

That’s not weakness.

That’s awareness knocking.

You don’t need to rush it.
You don’t need to label it.
You don’t need to become someone else.

Sometimes, awakening is simply returning
to yourself, without performance.

A Quiet Question to Sit With

If someone stumbled upon your life right now, what would they say you’re learning — even if you don’t have the words yet?

That question alone is already a doorway.

You didn’t miss the moment.
You became it.

#awakeningyourworth 冬至 · When Letting Go Leaves a Void

🌑 冬至 · When Letting Go Leaves a Void

Awakening Your Worth · Blog Edition

Today is 冬至 — the longest night of the year.

I find myself alone today.
Not because I want to be.
But because I don’t want to go out.

There’s a subtle difference.

Inside me, emotions feel a little chaotic, a little empty. Not loud. Not explosive. Just… spacious in a way that feels unfamiliar. And as I sit with this, one truth becomes clear:

When we learn to let go, a void is bound to appear.

This blog is not about fixing that void.
It’s about understanding it.

1️⃣ What Happens After Letting Go?

Letting go is often romanticized as instant relief, peace, or freedom.

Reality is quieter.

When we let go, we lose not just a person, a role, or a situation — we lose a familiar emotional pattern. Even pain, when repeated long enough, becomes known territory.

So what shows up next is often:

  • Disorientation

  • Emotional withdrawal

  • A sense of identity vacuum

  • Grief without a clear object

  • Freedom that feels strangely unsettling

The nervous system doesn’t celebrate immediately.
It asks: What now?

And YOURSELF A question can feel like emptiness.

2️⃣ The Emotional Dances

Emotions don’t disappear when we heal — they dance.

They rotate.
They revisit.
They change costumes.

One moment there is relief.
The next, sadness.
Then guilt for choosing yourself.
Then calm.
Then the cycle repeats.

This is not regression.
This is recalibration.

Healing is not linear. It’s rhythmic — like breath, like seasons, like yin and yang constantly adjusting.

3️⃣ The Libido of Feelings

This part is often misunderstood.

Libido is not only sexual.
It is life force.

When we step out of emotional drama, intensity, or constant stimulation, the body sometimes misses the aliveness that chaos once provided.

What arises can feel like:

  • Emotional hunger

  • Craving intensity

  • Wanting to feel something — anything

  • Missing the stimulation, not the person

Sometimes we don’t miss love.
We miss feeling alive.

Recognizing this helps us respond with compassion instead of judgment.

4️⃣ How I Am Addressing Mine

I am not isolating.
I am selecting.

I am setting boundaries — not to punish others, but to protect my nervous system. I am choosing myself first, without over-explaining, without guilt, without performance.

This looks like:

  • Conscious withdrawal

  • Selective presence

  • Energy budgeting

  • Saying no without justification

  • Allowing silence to exist

Boundaries are not walls.
They are filters.

5️⃣ The Void — What Can You Do About It?

Nothing.

And that is the point.

The void is not a mistake.
It is not failure.
It is not loneliness by default.

It is fertile emptiness.

In nature, seeds germinate in darkness. In winter, nothing appears to move — yet everything essential is happening underground.

The void asks us to:

  • Sit with discomfort

  • Stop filling space unnecessarily

  • Let meaning arrive instead of forcing it

  • Rest before rebirth

🌑 Closing Reflection

I am not lost.
I am between versions.

冬至 reminds us that the longest night always carries the seed of light.
Not because we rush it — but because we allow it.

Today, I choose to stay.
And that is enough
