The Journey of Discovery: From Seeking to Finding

As I reflect on my journey through life, I realize how much I've had to change course along the way. It wasn't until recently that things began to make sense. I had been searching for something, but for a long time, I couldn’t quite figure out what it was. I was blinded by my own assumptions and held in place by various external factors.

The key to uncovering where my vision had been hiding became clearer when I started coaching.

For a long time, people saw coaching as something unnecessary. But for me, it became the lens through which I started seeing myself and the world more clearly. This is only a small piece of the puzzle, though.

The biggest revelation came from learning to recognize my blockages. To do that, I had to explore different paths—taking courses, diving into Bazi (Chinese metaphysics), and learning about sound healing. Each step has been a part of the unfolding process, with sound healing providing the momentum to keep going.

Recently, Jessie Lee introduced the concept of the "5 Poisons" in a training session. That’s when things clicked.

I realized something profound: I didn’t truly understand love. I thought I knew about self-love, but as I explored deeper into this concept, the answer became clear.

It’s simple, yet profound.

The key is self-worth.

Looking back, I can’t help but wonder if I wasted time getting to this point. In a sense, yes, I did. But, as with all journeys, it was necessary. I had to experience each part to get where I am now.

I'm currently in the process of launching a new training program. Though it's facing numerous obstacles, I trust that it’s a step toward meeting a future need. I’ve found my direction, and I truly hope that through my experience, you may also discover yours.

Above all, I wish you happiness and strength from all the lessons you’ve learned. May each moment make you stronger.
