🌙 Awakening Your Worth — 10-Minute Meditation Script
Opening (1 min)
“Children of the Universe… good evening.
You’ve scrolled through many worlds today, but now… let’s scroll into your inner universe.
Find a comfortable position, close your eyes if you can. Take a deep breath in… and a slow breath out.
Allow yourself to arrive here, in this moment.”
Breath Awareness (2 min)
“Let’s begin with the breath.
Inhale slowly through your nose, feel your belly rise.
Exhale gently through your mouth, and let go.
Every inhale — remind yourself, I am worthy.
Every exhale — release the doubts that no longer serve you.
Keep breathing like this, at your own rhythm. Inhale worthiness. Exhale doubts.”
Body Scan (2 min)
“Now bring your awareness to your body.
Feel the weight of your head, soften your jaw… relax your shoulders.
Let your arms rest gently. Notice your chest rising and falling with ease.
Your belly, your legs, your feet… all grounded, all safe.
If you feel any tightness, just breathe into that space and whisper silently: ‘Thank you, body, for carrying me.’”
Visualization (3 min)
“Now imagine a soft golden light shining above your head…
It slowly flows down through the crown, into your heart.
Your heart begins to glow brighter with every breath.
This is your worth. It has always been here, untouched by fear, untouched by judgment.
See this golden light expand… filling your chest, your whole body, the space around you.
You are glowing, Children of the Universe. You are a living light of worthiness.”
Affirmations (1 min)
“Silently or aloud, repeat after me:
I am worthy.
I am enough.
I am safe.
I am loved.
I am ready to awaken my worth.”
Closing (1 min)
“Take one last deep breath in… and exhale fully.
Gently wiggle your fingers and toes, slowly bringing yourself back.
When you open your eyes, carry this light with you into tomorrow.
Remember: awakening your worth is not someday. It’s right here, right now, within you.”
