AI Can Help You Write, But It Cannot Think for You
People often ask me how I create so much content.
The truth is, I don't start with a script.
Most speakers prepare a script first, then deliver the presentation.
I work the other way around.
I present first.
Then I let AI help me transcribe my TikTok Live into something I can later turn into a blog or article.
Every live session is different because I don't know what is going to emerge.
I respond to the energy in the room, the comments I receive, and what naturally wants to be expressed in that moment.
That's why no two sessions are ever the same.
We Connect Through Frequency
People sometimes ask me why they feel deeply connected on certain days but not on others.
I often explain it this way.
Imagine tuning in to a radio station.
If you want to listen to 99 FM, your radio needs to be on the same frequency.
Human connection works in a similar way.
Sometimes our frequencies meet, and the message speaks directly to your heart.
Sometimes they don't.
Neither is right or wrong.
The important thing isn't whether you resonate with me every day.
The important thing is that whenever you join my live session, you come for yourself.
Not for me.
For yourself.
AI Is a Tool, Not a Thinker
I love using AI.
I subscribe to ChatGPT because it saves me time. It helps me organise my thoughts, transcribe my live sessions, design posters, and polish my writing.
But I also believe something very important.
AI should never replace your thinking.
It should support your thinking.
There is a big difference.
If you allow AI to think for you, eventually your own thinking becomes weaker.
Instead, begin with your own ideas.
Reflect.
Question yourself.
Feel your own emotions.
Only then ask AI to help you organise, improve, or communicate those ideas more effectively.
Technology is powerful.
Your wisdom is still more valuable.
You Are Already Your Own Brand
I smiled recently when I bought a colourful T-shirt.
It was inexpensive, yet someone had printed "Prada" on it.
I wondered, "Why couldn't they just leave it as it is?"
It reminded me how often we think we need someone else's label to become valuable.
We don't.
If you cannot afford luxury brands, it doesn't mean you are worth less.
You are already a brand.
When people see me, they don't remember what logo I'm wearing.
They remember that I love colours.
They remember that I'm a coach.
They remember how they felt after talking with me.
That is the brand I have spent years building.
Authenticity will always outlast imitation.
Why I No Longer Feel Guilty About Saying No
I used to have a habit of cancelling appointments.
Back then, I didn't really understand why.
Today I do.
If I'm not ready to show up fully, I choose not to appear.
My weekday 9 a.m. sessions are different.
I protect them.
Unless I genuinely don't feel well, I will be there.
Why?
Because when people enter my room, I want to offer them my best presence.
I want to be calm.
I want to be grounded.
I want to be fully myself.
Not because I have to be perfect, but because my energy influences the space we share.
People who join me are often carrying their own emotional burdens.
If I cannot hold the space well, then I need to honour that honestly.
One Hour That Belongs to You
Every morning at 9 a.m., I invite you into a simple practice.
Come in.
Be yourself.
Thank yourself for showing up.
Leave a comment if something speaks to your heart.
Share the session if you believe someone else needs a safe place to reconnect with themselves.
This room isn't about listening to me.
It's about listening to yourself.
For one hour, you are allowed to have an honest inner dialogue.
No pretending.
No performing.
Just you.
Inner Dialogue Becomes a Way of Living
People sometimes ask me how I make decisions so quickly.
The answer is simple.
Inner dialogue has become my habit.
Every decision begins with three questions:
Yes?
No?
Why?
That's all.
Because I have learned to trust my own answers, I rarely feel guilty after making a decision.
I've given myself permission to choose.
That permission didn't appear overnight.
It was built through years of practising honest conversations with myself.
Some people say, "It's easy for you because you're retired."
I don't believe that.
If you don't begin this practice while life is busy, you won't suddenly know how to be yourself when life finally slows down.
Many of us spend years living behind expectations, culture, family roles, and society's definition of what a "good person" should be.
Most of those expectations come from love.
People genuinely care.
But even love can sometimes hide the voice that belongs to you.
That is why this space exists.
A place where you can slowly remember your own voice.
So... Is Being Yourself Good or Bad?
People sometimes ask me that question.
I don't have the answer for you.
You are the only person who can judge whether being yourself has brought you closer to peace, authenticity, and fulfilment.
My role isn't to tell you who to become.
My role is simply to hold the space while you discover that for yourself.
And before I stop talking—because once I start, it's hard to stop—I have been thinking about the topic for this evening's live.
I think I'm going to call it...
"Thought Constipation."
Because sometimes, it isn't our life that's stuck.
It's our thoughts.
