Strength Is Another Way of Awakening Your Worth

Image
Strength Is Another Way of Awakening Your Worth There comes a point in life when we stop asking,  "How can I lose weight?"  and begin asking a much better question: "How can I become stronger?" Recently, I found myself reflecting on my own health journey. I eat in moderation. I walk between 8,000 and 10,000 steps every day. I attend Zumba and Pilates every week. Yet the number on the weighing scale doesn't always reflect the effort I put in. For a moment, I felt frustrated. Then I realised something important. Perhaps my body wasn't asking me to do more. Perhaps it was asking me to do something different. The Difference Between Weight Loss and Strength As we grow older, especially after the age of 60, our bodies naturally lose muscle mass. Muscle isn't just about looking toned. It helps us maintain balance, protects our bones, supports our metabolism, and allows us to continue living independently. This changed my perspective completely. Instead of chasi...

One Hour That Belongs to You

Image
One Hour That Belongs to You There is something I want you to remember. Whether I am live on TikTok at 9:00 a.m. or not, this space still exists. When you step into the  Children of the Universe  room, you are here with me, and more importantly, you are here with yourself. You deserve this one hour. One uninterrupted hour to pause, breathe, and reconnect with the person who has been quietly waiting for your attention—you. Many of us have never truly learned how to love ourselves. We've spent years putting everyone else's needs before our own, believing that selflessness is always the right thing to do. But for just one hour, I invite you to do something different. Choose yourself. Set healthy boundaries. Let the people around you know that this is your sacred time. Unless it's an emergency, give yourself permission to be unavailable. This isn't about shutting people out. It's about coming home to yourself. If I'm not live that morning, don't skip the pract...

Awakening Your Worth: Why I Keep Showing Up Every Morning

Image
Awakening Your Worth: Why I Keep Showing Up Every Morning Every weekday morning, almost without fail, I go live at 9:00 a.m. on TikTok. People often ask me, "Peggy, why do you do this every day?" The answer has never been about social media. It has never been about numbers, followers or algorithms. It has always been about creating a space. A space where people can simply arrive as they are. Some people come into the room feeling joyful. Some carry anxiety from yesterday. Others arrive exhausted, uncertain or quietly searching for hope. Whatever they bring with them, they are welcome. As an Inner Dialogue Coach, I believe that before we can change our lives, we need to become aware of what is happening within us. That awareness begins with a conversation—not with someone else, but with ourselves. The Power of a Daily Check-In Every morning I invite people to do something very simple. Pause. Ask yourself: How am I feeling right now? Is this emotion different from yesterday? ...

And I am here again.

020826 – Good Morning, Children of the Universe Good morning! I'm good, thank you. And have you noticed something? When you're genuinely doing well, the people around you often feel it too. Of course, not every day is a good day. Life gives us good days and difficult days. Think of your emotions like a savings account. On your good days, keep making deposits. Deposit gratitude. Deposit laughter. Deposit peace. Deposit beautiful memories. Then, when stressful days arrive—and they always do—you have emotional reserves to draw from. That's why I always encourage you to learn how to process your emotions instead of running away from them. Every challenge is inviting you to become a slightly better version of yourself. That is growth. From Monday to Friday, you'll usually find me here at 9:00 a.m. Sometimes for an hour. Sometimes a little shorter, depending on my schedule. I'm not here to solve everyone's problems. I'm simply here to create a space where you can ...

A mindset - what is it?

A Mindset... What Is It? "Mindset" is one of the most commonly used words in personal development. It has become a way to describe a person's philosophy, beliefs, attitude, or way of approaching life. For some, it is a concept. For others, it has become a brand or even a lifestyle. Many of us—including myself—have been measured, labelled, and even judged by this one word. But pause for a moment. Put everything aside. Take a deep breath. Think... Now ask yourself: What happens after thinking? Most people would say, "I search." Thinking is the mental process. Searching is the action. But there is something important that many of us miss between thinking and searching. Our inner dialogue. That quiet conversation with ourselves influences every decision we make. It shapes whether we move forward, stay stuck, or keep repeating the same patterns. If you want to discover where you are trapped—not only by your own mindset but also by society's expectations—start by ...

Trusting - the one person. Myself.

Image
Peggy – The Person I love dancing, travelling, food, beauty, reflections, and singing. These are not distractions from my work. They are part of who I am. Coaching is something I do. Peggy is who I am. I believe growth comes through your own effort. My role as an Inner Dialogue Coach is to provide a space and a method for you to discover your own answers. No lasting growth can happen simply because of the coach. It happens because you choose to walk the journey. People often ask me why I coach the way I do. The answer is simple. Before becoming an Inner Dialogue Coach, I spent years searching. I attended countless courses, travelled to many places, and invested far more than I could comfortably afford. None of those courses were within my budget. There came a point when I told one of my closest friends that I could no longer afford to keep chasing another programme, another certification, or another promise of transformation. There was a period when I was completely lost. I quest...

Awakening Your Worth: What Is Your Past Teaching You?

Image
Awakening Your Worth: What Is Your Past Teaching You? If today is your first time dropping into my page, you may wonder what I'm talking about. Is it spirituality? Is it something intangible? Is it something difficult to understand? Actually, I hope not. My journey has taken me through many different topics over the years—from  Mastering Your Destiny , to abundance, to coaching, NLP, metaphysics and many other experiences. Every stage taught me something. But eventually, I found a place where I feel completely at home. That place is  Awakening Your Worth . I'm Peggy Ang, an  Inner Dialogue Coach , and I help people trust the wisdom of their own voice. Not my voice. Not society's voice. Their own. Why I Changed My Live Sessions When I first started going live, I chose the evening because I thought it was the best time for everyone. Ironically, many of us—including myself—became so mentally awake after those conversations that sleep became difficult. That made me ref...

Transformation - the inner dialogue

Image
Transformation Is Not About Becoming Someone New. It Is About Coming Home. Most people chase transformation. We imagine it will rescue us from our current circumstances and somehow give us a brand-new life. We attend workshops, read books, follow influencers, and search for the next breakthrough, hoping that one day we will become a "better version" of ourselves. Let's be honest. Much of what the world sells as transformation is wrapped in beautiful marketing. Everything is presented as brighter, stronger, happier, and more successful. It feels exciting because it promises a new identity. But what if transformation was never about becoming someone new? The dictionary describes transformation as a complete and fundamental change in appearance, form, nature, or character. We often picture a butterfly emerging from a cocoon—something entirely different from what came before. Yet when I reflect on my own journey, I see transformation differently. From a mindset perspective,...

New Isn't Always New

Image
New Isn't Always New People are constantly searching for newness. A new job. A new relationship. A new environment. A new version of themselves. Many believe that change will help them become someone new. The common thoughts sound something like this: "I want to change so I can become a new person." "Don't talk about my past." "That was the old me." "I am who I am now." Really? As an Inner Dialogue Coach focusing on Awakening Your Worth, I help people trust their own voice. Not just any voice. Their OWN voice. The voice that exists beneath expectations, labels, achievements, disappointments, and the stories they have been carrying for years. Today, I experienced something that felt surprisingly simple and yet deeply profound. I fully accepted that I matter in my own life. Yes, I matter. Some people may think that as a coach I should already have everything figured out. That I should not be saying things like this. But I believe it is impo...

My journey as Inner Dialogue Coach Peggy

Image
Children of the Universe My Journey as an Inner Dialogue Coach I am Peggy Ang, an Inner Dialogue Coach focused on Awakening Your Worth. My work is simple: I help people learn to trust their own voice. Like many people, my learning comes from two places—the Universe and the people I meet along the way. Over the years, I discovered that a single word can open countless paths of thought and understanding. There was a time when I believed I needed to know everything. Looking back, I realize that desire came from a lack of security within myself. I was always searching for something more, something better, something that would finally make me feel complete. But that search never ended. When I first started sharing live on TikTok, I spent a lot of time thinking about how to give more, teach more, and do more so that my viewership would grow. I genuinely believed I was doing something good. I thought helping others and becoming better at what I did would fill the gap inside me. Did I grow? Ye...

Awakening Your Worth With Inner Dialogue - Rejections Vs REJECTIONS

Image
Rejections vs REJECTIONS Rejections vs REJECTIONS I wrote this on 13th April 2025, and somehow today feels like the right moment to revisit it. Rejection is often just an answer from someone towards a request, expectation, or desire we hoped would be accepted. Yet why does rejection sometimes feel unbearable? Because the impact of rejection is rarely about the event alone. More often, it is deeply connected to ego, identity, attachment, and the image we created around love, trust, and self-worth. In relationships, rejection can feel like a wound that reaches far beyond the surface. Sometimes the person causing the pain may not even fully understand the depth of the emotional trauma experienced by the other person. I once worked with a client whom I will call Andes. She had spent almost four decades with her partner, believing deeply in his loyalty and trustworthiness. One day, she discovered he had been involved in a long-term affair with his personal assistant — a woman she also perso...

Inner Dialogue – When You Enter the Void #awakeningyourworth

When I started my inner dialogue journey over the first 2 days… I thought I was just learning a method. But something else happened. I became busy… not outside… but inside. My inner world started shifting. At first, it felt disoriented. My emotions became so… stable… that I started questioning— what does emotion even feel like now? And yet, life didn’t stop. I was still traveling, still with my partner, still living. But here’s the interesting part… Sometimes irritation shows up. A comment. A tone. A trigger. And this time… I didn’t react the same way. Sometimes I choose not to bite. Sometimes I still feel agitated. Sometimes I want to do everything. Sometimes… I just flow and do nothing. So which one is the “real me”? That’s when I saw this statement: “You don’t know what you want. You’re living on borrowed dreams, borrowed missions, borrowed purpose.” That hit. Because maybe… we don’t meet new versions of ourselves. We keep meeting the same version— just hidden behind different masks...

#awakeningyourworth- recognizing yourselves.

The Quiet Gap No One Is Talking About  There was a moment I realized something uncomfortable. People don’t wake up one day wanting an awakening course . They wake up tired. They function. They perform. They smile. They survive. And yet, something feels… off. Not broken enough for therapy. Not motivated enough for hustle coaching. Not spiritual enough to disappear into retreats. Just quietly questioning: “Is this really it?” That space — the in-between — is where most people live. And strangely, it’s also where very few people know how to guide. The Gap Is Not a Problem — It’s a Threshold We’ve been taught to fix, optimize, upgrade. But what if this discomfort isn’t a flaw? What if it’s a threshold ? A place where: Doing more stops working Motivation feels fake Old identities no longer fit Silence becomes louder than noise This is not collapse. This is not failure. This is not laziness. This is what awakening actually looks like — before it becomes poetic. Why Most “Awakenin...

#awakeningyourworth ๅ†ฌ่‡ณ · When Letting Go Leaves a Void

Image
๐ŸŒ‘ ๅ†ฌ่‡ณ · When Letting Go Leaves a Void Awakening Your Worth · Blog Edition Today is ๅ†ฌ่‡ณ — the longest night of the year. I find myself alone today. Not because I want to be. But because I don’t want to go out. There’s a subtle difference. Inside me, emotions feel a little chaotic, a little empty. Not loud. Not explosive. Just… spacious in a way that feels unfamiliar. And as I sit with this, one truth becomes clear: When we learn to let go, a void is bound to appear. This blog is not about fixing that void. It’s about understanding it. 1️⃣ What Happens After Letting Go? Letting go is often romanticized as instant relief, peace, or freedom. Reality is quieter. When we let go, we lose not just a person, a role, or a situation — we lose a familiar emotional pattern . Even pain, when repeated long enough, becomes known territory. So what shows up next is often: Disorientation Emotional withdrawal A sense of identity vacuum Grief without a clear object Freedom th...

#awakeningyourworth -Why Do I Learn? — The Old Me vs The Evolving Me

Image
Why Do I Learn? — The Old Me vs The Evolving Me There is one question that landed in my heart recently… A simple question, but it pierced through layers of my past: “Why do I learn?” At first, I laughed. Then I paused. Then I realised… this question is not simple at all. It is the key to understanding how much I’ve changed. ๐ŸŒฑ The Old Me Learnt for Survival If I’m brutally honest, the younger version of me learned because she wanted to feel “educated.” Like many of us growing up in the old-school Asian household, knowledge was the only currency to feel safe, respected, accepted. I learned so people would take me seriously. I learned so I wouldn’t feel small. I learned so I didn’t get left behind. That version of me studied from fear — fear of being judged, fear of being invisible, fear of being “not enough.” And I honour her. She did her best. ๐ŸŒฟ The Evolving Me Learns for Freedom Today… I learn for a completely different reason. I learn because I’m curious....

#awakeningyourworth -Wants, Needs & the Awakening of the Inner Billionaire

In life, we’re always dancing between what we want and what we need . Some days, the heart pulls us in ten directions. Other days, we look at our life and wonder why we even wanted those things in the first place. This dance isn’t a mistake — it’s an invitation to understand ourselves on a deeper level. Here’s how I’ve been reflecting on it, and maybe it will resonate with you too. 1. What the eyes see, the heart desires Everything we look at — people, success stories, material things — leaves a mark inside us. But the real question is: Is this desire truly mine, or is it borrowed from the world? Once we can tell the difference, half of our inner confusion disappears. 2. The power of the second thought We always have that moment after the first impulse — the quiet pause before action. This “second thought” is not a hesitation. It’s wisdom tapping you on the shoulder. It’s the part of you that asks, Do I really need this? Or am I just filling a gap inside me? 3. Spr...

#awakeningyourworth - Inclusions, Exclusions & The Human Heart — A Quiet Reflection

Image
✨ Inclusions, Exclusions & The Human Heart — A Quiet Reflection ✨ We don’t talk about this enough… but every one of us has felt the sting of being left out, and also the guilt of not showing up when we were invited. Tonight, let’s peel back the layers and explore this dance we all experience — the dance of being included, excluded, and emotionally entangled in between. 1. When You Are Excluded: The Silent Ache There’s a particular ache that comes with exclusion. It’s not loud, but it pierces. Not because the event is important… but because somewhere deep inside, a question gets triggered: “Am I not enough?” Even as adults, we still carry this tiny fear from childhood — that fear of not belonging, not being chosen, not being remembered. What usually arises: a quick drop in confidence a little self-blame a quiet bruised ego or emotional numbness from too many past hurts And here’s the irony: Sometimes being excluded is actually protection. A circ...
