Inner Dialogue – When You Enter the Void #awakeningyourworth

When I started my inner dialogue journey over the first 2 days…
I thought I was just learning a method.

But something else happened.

I became busy… not outside… but inside.

My inner world started shifting.

At first, it felt disoriented.
My emotions became so… stable… that I started questioning—
what does emotion even feel like now?

And yet, life didn’t stop.
I was still traveling, still with my partner, still living.

But here’s the interesting part…

Sometimes irritation shows up.
A comment. A tone. A trigger.

And this time… I didn’t react the same way.

Sometimes I choose not to bite.
Sometimes I still feel agitated.
Sometimes I want to do everything.
Sometimes… I just flow and do nothing.

So which one is the “real me”?

That’s when I saw this statement:

“You don’t know what you want.
You’re living on borrowed dreams, borrowed missions, borrowed purpose.”

That hit.

Because maybe…
we don’t meet new versions of ourselves.

We keep meeting the same version—
just hidden behind different masks.

Our shadow is very intelligent.

It hides behind:

  • the need to be loved
  • the desire to be noticed
  • the fear of abandonment
  • the feeling of never being enough

These are not random.

These are programs.
Downloaded into the old self.

So when you start waking up…

Of course it feels like a void.

Because you’re no longer reacting the old way…
but you haven’t fully become the new you yet.

And the question is…

Can you stay here… without running back?

Because this void…

is not emptiness.

It’s space.

And space… is where you choose again.

So tonight, don’t rush to define yourself.

Just observe.

Because your inner dialogue
is not here to give you comfort.

It’s here to show you truth.

And truth…will always feel unfamiliar before it feels like home.

#awakeningyourworth- recognizing yourselves.

The Quiet Gap No One Is Talking About

There was a moment I realized something uncomfortable.

People don’t wake up one day wanting an awakening course.

They wake up tired.
They function.
They perform.
They smile.
They survive.

And yet, something feels… off.

Not broken enough for therapy.
Not motivated enough for hustle coaching.
Not spiritual enough to disappear into retreats.

Just quietly questioning:

“Is this really it?”

That space — the in-between — is where most people live.
And strangely, it’s also where very few people know how to guide.

The Gap Is Not a Problem — It’s a Threshold

We’ve been taught to fix, optimize, upgrade.

But what if this discomfort isn’t a flaw?

What if it’s a threshold?

A place where:

  • Doing more stops working

  • Motivation feels fake

  • Old identities no longer fit

  • Silence becomes louder than noise

This is not collapse.
This is not failure.
This is not laziness.

This is what awakening actually looks like — before it becomes poetic.

Why Most “Awakening” Messaging Misses the Point

Most teachings focus on:

  • Transformation

  • Breakthrough

  • Results

  • Becoming a “better version”

But people aren’t asking to become better.

They’re asking:

  • “Can I stop performing?”

  • “Can I be honest without being fixed?”

  • “Can I feel without being judged?”

  • “Can I still live a normal life and be awake?”

That’s the gap no one markets — because it’s quiet, slow, and deeply human.

The Three Invisible Gaps People Are Actually Seeking

1. The Conversation Gap

People don’t need advice.
They need permission to speak without being corrected.

A space where they can:

  • Say contradictory things

  • Admit confusion

  • Sit in not knowing

Awakening often starts not with answers — but with finally being heard.

2. The Language Gap

Most people feel deeply — but lack words.

They confuse:

  • Exhaustion with laziness

  • Boundaries with selfishness

  • Loneliness with failure

  • Worth with usefulness

When language changes, self-judgment softens.

And that’s when clarity begins.

3. The Integration Gap

This one is rarely addressed.

What happens after you become aware?

You still:

  • Work

  • Parent

  • Deal with people

  • Pay bills

  • Feel triggered

Awakening isn’t escaping life.
It’s learning how to live inside it — without betraying yourself.

Why This Doesn’t Need Hard Selling

You can’t convince someone to awaken.

Timing chooses them.

That’s why I don’t pitch.
I document.

I share what I notice:

  • What no longer triggers me

  • Where I still struggle

  • How discomfort teaches instead of punishes

And quietly, those who resonate lean in.

Not because they were sold to —
but because they finally felt seen.

If You’re Here, This Might Be Where You Are

You’re not lost.
You’re not behind.
You’re not failing.

You’re standing in a space where old answers don’t work anymore — and new ones haven’t fully formed.

That’s not weakness.

That’s awareness knocking.

You don’t need to rush it.
You don’t need to label it.
You don’t need to become someone else.

Sometimes, awakening is simply returning
to yourself, without performance.

A Quiet Question to Sit With

If someone stumbled upon your life right now, what would they say you’re learning — even if you don’t have the words yet?

That question alone is already a doorway.

You didn’t miss the moment.
You became it.

#awakeningyourworth 冬至 · When Letting Go Leaves a Void

🌑 冬至 · When Letting Go Leaves a Void

Awakening Your Worth · Blog Edition

Today is 冬至 — the longest night of the year.

I find myself alone today.
Not because I want to be.
But because I don’t want to go out.

There’s a subtle difference.

Inside me, emotions feel a little chaotic, a little empty. Not loud. Not explosive. Just… spacious in a way that feels unfamiliar. And as I sit with this, one truth becomes clear:

When we learn to let go, a void is bound to appear.

This blog is not about fixing that void.
It’s about understanding it.

1️⃣ What Happens After Letting Go?

Letting go is often romanticized as instant relief, peace, or freedom.

Reality is quieter.

When we let go, we lose not just a person, a role, or a situation — we lose a familiar emotional pattern. Even pain, when repeated long enough, becomes known territory.

So what shows up next is often:

  • Disorientation

  • Emotional withdrawal

  • A sense of identity vacuum

  • Grief without a clear object

  • Freedom that feels strangely unsettling

The nervous system doesn’t celebrate immediately.
It asks: What now?

And YOURSELF A question can feel like emptiness.

2️⃣ The Emotional Dances

Emotions don’t disappear when we heal — they dance.

They rotate.
They revisit.
They change costumes.

One moment there is relief.
The next, sadness.
Then guilt for choosing yourself.
Then calm.
Then the cycle repeats.

This is not regression.
This is recalibration.

Healing is not linear. It’s rhythmic — like breath, like seasons, like yin and yang constantly adjusting.

3️⃣ The Libido of Feelings

This part is often misunderstood.

Libido is not only sexual.
It is life force.

When we step out of emotional drama, intensity, or constant stimulation, the body sometimes misses the aliveness that chaos once provided.

What arises can feel like:

  • Emotional hunger

  • Craving intensity

  • Wanting to feel something — anything

  • Missing the stimulation, not the person

Sometimes we don’t miss love.
We miss feeling alive.

Recognizing this helps us respond with compassion instead of judgment.

4️⃣ How I Am Addressing Mine

I am not isolating.
I am selecting.

I am setting boundaries — not to punish others, but to protect my nervous system. I am choosing myself first, without over-explaining, without guilt, without performance.

This looks like:

  • Conscious withdrawal

  • Selective presence

  • Energy budgeting

  • Saying no without justification

  • Allowing silence to exist

Boundaries are not walls.
They are filters.

5️⃣ The Void — What Can You Do About It?

Nothing.

And that is the point.

The void is not a mistake.
It is not failure.
It is not loneliness by default.

It is fertile emptiness.

In nature, seeds germinate in darkness. In winter, nothing appears to move — yet everything essential is happening underground.

The void asks us to:

  • Sit with discomfort

  • Stop filling space unnecessarily

  • Let meaning arrive instead of forcing it

  • Rest before rebirth

🌑 Closing Reflection

I am not lost.
I am between versions.

冬至 reminds us that the longest night always carries the seed of light.
Not because we rush it — but because we allow it.

Today, I choose to stay.
And that is enough

#awakeningyourworth -Why Do I Learn? — The Old Me vs The Evolving Me

Why Do I Learn? — The Old Me vs The Evolving Me

There is one question that landed in my heart recently…
A simple question, but it pierced through layers of my past:

“Why do I learn?”

At first, I laughed.
Then I paused.
Then I realised… this question is not simple at all.
It is the key to understanding how much I’ve changed.

🌱 The Old Me Learnt for Survival

If I’m brutally honest, the younger version of me learned because she wanted to feel “educated.”
Like many of us growing up in the old-school Asian household, knowledge was the only currency to feel safe, respected, accepted.

I learned so people would take me seriously.
I learned so I wouldn’t feel small.
I learned so I didn’t get left behind.

That version of me studied from fear —
fear of being judged,
fear of being invisible,
fear of being “not enough.”

And I honour her.
She did her best.

🌿 The Evolving Me Learns for Freedom

Today… I learn for a completely different reason.

I learn because I’m curious.
I learn because I enjoy independence.
I learn because every new insight helps me understand myself better.
And surprisingly… it also makes my live sessions so much easier, because everything I share comes from my own journey — not theory.

Now I learn because it feels natural.
Because growth feels light.
Because discovering myself is deliciously exciting.

No pressure.
No proving.
Just expansion.

🌾 Learning Has Become My Way of Meeting Myself

The more I evolve, the more I realise something powerful:

Learning is not something I ‘do’.
Learning is how I become.

Every insight opens a new doorway in my mind.
Every experience teaches me a new version of myself.
Every curiosity brings me closer to who I’m meant to be.

And suddenly…
learning is no longer a burden —
it’s my freedom.

🌙 My Anchor Today Is Not a Place

For a long time, I thought anchoring myself meant staying still.
But now, I know:

My anchor is not a place.
My anchor is my purpose.

I can roam, explore, get bored, move on, fall in love with new things —
and it’s all okay.

Because no matter where I wander, I always return to the mission my soul signed for:
to grow, to understand, to awaken my worth — and help others awaken theirs.

🌸 If you are reading this… here’s my invitation

Ask yourself gently:

“Why do you learn?”

Not the old reason.
Not the past you.
Not the reason you were trained to believe.

But the reason your soul whispers today.

Maybe… like me,
you’ll realise you’re not learning to impress anyone.

You’re learning because your spirit is expanding.

And that, buddy,
is the most beautiful evolution of all.

#awakeningyourworth -Wants, Needs & the Awakening of the Inner Billionaire

In life, we’re always dancing between what we want and what we need.
Some days, the heart pulls us in ten directions. Other days, we look at our life and wonder why we even wanted those things in the first place. This dance isn’t a mistake — it’s an invitation to understand ourselves on a deeper level.

Here’s how I’ve been reflecting on it, and maybe it will resonate with you too.

1. What the eyes see, the heart desires

Everything we look at — people, success stories, material things — leaves a mark inside us.
But the real question is:
Is this desire truly mine, or is it borrowed from the world?
Once we can tell the difference, half of our inner confusion disappears.

2. The power of the second thought

We always have that moment after the first impulse — the quiet pause before action.
This “second thought” is not a hesitation.
It’s wisdom tapping you on the shoulder.
It’s the part of you that asks,
Do I really need this? Or am I just filling a gap inside me?

3. Spring cleaning the conscious to reveal the unconscious

This is where it gets uncomfortable… and beautiful.
When we clean our room, we find forgotten things under the bed.
When we clean our mind, we find forgotten patterns under our emotions.
Awareness doesn’t happen instantly.
It happens when we’re brave enough to look at the clutter we’ve been avoiding.

4. Saw it yet? No? Good. Yes? Also good.

Awakening is not a race.
Some see their patterns early.
Some see it years later.
Both are perfect.
Life is not asking you to be fast — it’s asking you to be honest.

5. So, what’s your next move?

Once you see your wants and needs clearly, the next step is simple:
Choose differently.
Choose consciously.
Choose in a way that honours your worth, not your wounds.

The inner billionaire isn’t about money.
It’s about clarity, freedom, and the richness of knowing what truly matters.

And if you’re reading this, maybe life is nudging you to reflect too.
Your next chapter begins with one decision:
Do you follow desire blindly… or do you lead your heart with intention?

#awakeningyourworth - Inclusions, Exclusions & The Human Heart — A Quiet Reflection

✨ Inclusions, Exclusions & The Human Heart — A Quiet Reflection ✨

We don’t talk about this enough…
but every one of us has felt the sting of being left out,
and also the guilt of not showing up when we were invited.

Tonight, let’s peel back the layers and explore this dance we all experience —
the dance of being included, excluded, and emotionally entangled in between.

1. When You Are Excluded: The Silent Ache

There’s a particular ache that comes with exclusion.
It’s not loud, but it pierces.

Not because the event is important…
but because somewhere deep inside, a question gets triggered:

“Am I not enough?”

Even as adults, we still carry this tiny fear from childhood —
that fear of not belonging, not being chosen, not being remembered.

What usually arises:

  • a quick drop in confidence

  • a little self-blame

  • a quiet bruised ego

  • or emotional numbness from too many past hurts

And here’s the irony:
Sometimes being excluded is actually protection.
A circle that closes without you was never your circle to begin with.

The traditional wisdom:
Go where you are valued.
The forward wisdom:
Create the circles you desire.

Both hold truth.

2. When You Are Included but Cannot Attend

This one hits a different nerve.

You are wanted.
You are remembered.
But you cannot go.

And suddenly, a new emotional cocktail shows up:

  • FOMO

  • guilt

  • worry about others’ perception

  • fear of being forgotten next time

  • and also… relief (but quietly 🤫)

This is such a human moment —
to want connection,
yet honour your current capacity.

The traditional view reminds us:
Rest is responsibility.
The modern view says:
Your energy deserves boundaries.

Both matter.

3. The Human Commonality: What Actually Happens Inside

Whether you’re excluded or cannot attend, there are always three layers unfolding:

a) Annoyances

Little irritations bubbling quietly:
“Why like that?”
“Why so complicated?”
“Why must this affect me?”

b) Emotions

The heart does what it does.
Exclusion brings sadness, anger, insecurity.
Inability to join brings guilt, frustration, worry.

Behind both is the same core fear:
Losing connection.

c) Actions

Humans respond in familiar patterns:

  • withdrawing

  • forcing themselves to show up

  • pretending they don’t care

  • spiraling in thoughts

But the real path forward is the silent one:

Pause → Reflect → Re-center.

Self-alignment always wins.

✨ So How Do We Heal This? — The Shift

1. Acknowledge Your Feeling

Not judge it.
Just name it.
“Ah… I feel left out.”
Or “I feel bad for not going.”

Naming is grounding.

2. Ask the Real Question

“Is this about today… or an old wound?”
Most discomfort comes from past patterns,
not the actual moment.

3. Reclaim Your Worth

Excluded?
Your value never depended on invitations.

Included but can’t attend?
Your body and energy are giving you guidance.

4. Change Perspective

What if exclusion prevented unnecessary noise?
What if not attending is the universe protecting your bandwidth?

5. Respond With Grace

  • send a blessing

  • say “enjoy!”

  • communicate later if needed

No drama.
No stories.
Just alignment, clarity, and peace.

✨ Final Thought

Inclusions and exclusions don’t define you —
they reveal you.

They reveal where you stand in your own worth,
what you fear losing,
and what you are ready to let go of.

Your emotional reactions are not flaws.
They are signposts.
They point you back to yourself —
to your needs, your boundaries, your truth.
